Under the concept of “Smart Work Shift (Highly productive, independent, and efficient work style)” through three “shifts”, the “Work Style Evolution Project” launched in 2020 is working to improve comfortable working (establishment of internal environments), and improve job satisfaction by improving the feeling of reward (reinforcement of HR systems that include HR development).
